Prediction Interpretation

EnDSM (v1.0): EnDSM provides tab-separated outputs for each synonymous mutation (chr, pos, id, ref, alt and predictive score). The predictive score between 0 and 1, with the highest score indicating the most deleterious synonymous variant and the lowest score the synonymous more benign variant. If a EnDSM score is >0.5 the corresponding synonymous mutation is considered as deleterious. If the score <=0.5 the variant is considered as benign.
Note that the webserver will return ‘No data available in table’, if the upload mutations are missing in the pre-computed file.
