     Psychiatric disorders represent an increasingly important global health problem that impose enormous clinical and economic burden on modern society. However, the etiology of psychiatric disorders is largely unknown, and no effective therapies are currently available. Therefore, it is crucial to identify the risk factors for psychiatric disorders, which promises to shed new light on the potential pathogenesis and therapeutic strategies of psychiatric disorders. Mendelian randomization (MR) has developed into an effective and powerful statistical method to investigate the potential causal risk factors of diseases.
     Here, we developed an online comprehensive MR database, PsyRiskMR, to integrate and share risk factors for psychiatric disorders identified from our systematic and exhaustive two-sample MR analysis. PsyRiskMR contains various layers of risk factors for psychiatric disorders, including psychiatric disorders-specific risk phenotype, risk brain image, and bulk-tissue/cell type-specific biomarker. Overall, the PsyRiskMR not only offered a user-friendly web interface for the research community to browse, search, and download all MR results for psychiatric disorders, but also provided new insights for better prevention and treatment of psychiatric disorders.
